12 Month Embodied Transformation Coach Certification (ETCC)

First Semester:

We’ll break down the transformational journey framework to understand all the parts of a powerful journey and how to facilitate and guide transformational experiences for others (while staying true to yourself!) this includes:

-Module 1: Proven coaching skills to get people from feeling stuck to taking empowered actions that you can always fall back on and trust to guide your coaching calls 

-Module 2: ETP somatic coaching framework to take your coaching into the body and help clients get deeper more lasting results 

-Module 3: Marketing, money blocks, and worth training. Facing your fears of putting yourself out there and walking through a proven practice process to get your first actual paying clients by joining the party as a Junior Coach for TranceForm

-Weekly buddy practice sessions with your cohort, plus supportive Fishbowl sessions with me, to practice and hone your coaching skills  

-Continued monthly 1-on-1 coaching with me so you are sure to walk your talk every step of the way.

Semester 2:

You’ll enter into my real life business and coach your new practice clients through a coaching package. You could even coach someone through their ETJ experience! Get paid to apply everything you’ve learned so far and continue developing new coaching tools. Includes:

-GET PAID to coach your new clients through a coaching package and ask me any questions so you get the best possible support and real life practice as a paid coach (plus practice with all the behind the scenes biz stuff)

-A new powerful coaching tool each month to add to practice with clients: 

Trauma for Coaches (so you know exactly what trauma is, how to spot it and work with it, and when to refer out)

Partswork (so you can expertly help others compassionately understand and integrate their different parts for life changing sessions)

Gestalt (so you can truly trust being in the unknown-present-moment where the most powerful potential for change occurs)

-Weekly Fishbowl sessions to practice your new toolkit skills on each other before bringing them to your practice clients, plus bring your client questions to Fishbowl and always be supported as you step into your leadership role.

-Continued monthly 1-1 coaching and chat support

Semester 3:

In our last semester, we will go deeper and higher than before. With all your newfound practice, we will focus on advanced coaching / guiding techniques, practicals of building a business, and a deep ceremony for you to discover your own voice and gifts. Includes:

-Systems for biz success and how to talk about what you do and who you help

-Marketing and sales training for when you’re ready to step out on your own, upsell, and create new coaching clients

-Actually building out your own biz basics during Fishbowls so I’m right there to support as you do things like set up an LLC, intake forms, and the nitty gritty you would resist on your own

-Integrating all you’ve learned into a ceremony that allows you to initiate and step into your own voice as a healer/coach/powerful soul

-Continued monthly 1-1 coaching and chat support

-Opportunities to coach future TranceForm events and ETJ clients!
